About the Workshop

Interdisciplinary artist Vin Seaman leads an interactive workshop about cycles and rebirth.

Using guided meditation and emotional and physical movement techniques, we’ll practice releasing old selves to create space for future iterations. Participants should bring a mat/towel/blanket to sit/lay on, water and comfortable clothing.

Accessibility: There are two all gender restrooms on the gallery's main floor. This private event will take place in the gallery’s carpeted mezzanine that is up one flight of stairs. For future public dates, contact kevin@diamond-wave.org
